The ICORP Mentality

The ICORP mentality captivates investigators in the region with their incredible people skills and warm work environment.  I have never worked in an investigative company with such a laid back crew that knows and understand the needs of work and play balance.  All colleagues I come across in the field or office, love the balance and it is reflected in the results each one brings to the table.  ICORP functions are great, a constant reminder that you’re not just a number and that you matter and are part of a bigger team.  As a full time investigator , I haven’t had the need to get a second job because of a slow down during the winter or any other season.  The cases are always coming in, and investigators are always ready to give it a whirl and obtain the best results as competition amongst colleagues is often tough and rewarding. I do not see myself working anywhere else as long as there’s an ICORP.

I like to say that the ICORP mentality comes from two great investigators that have been out there in the field and know what it’s like, John and Steven.  You would have to be out there to understand what these two great men do for their employees and investigators (Thank You!).  They often try to make it better for the investigators out in the field by always getting feedback and making changes for the benefit of the investigators and the company.  The ICORP mentality is why I joined the team and why I am still on board for the long run.
