Sarah Lee-Santarpia is a Managing Partner of accounting, financial services, and administration of ICORP. Prior to founding ICORP in 2008, Sarah worked in the field of education as an adjunct instructor in the field of English as a Second Language at several colleges and universities in the New York area. Sarah has also worked as an Executive Administrative Associate for J.F. Lehman & Company, an alternative investment firm in New York City for 10 years. With her background in education and administration, Sarah provides ICORP with expert organizational skills and the ability to multi-task in a complex, fast-paced environment. Sarah is a graduate of St. John’s University (BA in English Literature) and holds a Master’s Degree from Columbia University, Teacher’s College. In her spare time, Sarah volunteers her time at a Korean-American Methodist Church. She has a fondness for animals, especially French Bulldogs.
With over 20 years in the industry, John’s career has spanned the full spectrum of investigation, security and surveillance services for companies such as Burger King, the NY MTA and many others. Before co-founding ICORP, John was Director of Investigations for Accu-Intelligence, Inc. As President and Director of Investigations for ICORP he brings national experience in fraud and accident investigations, loss prevention, security and high-tech surveillance. John is a member of the National Association of Investigative Specialists (NAIS), Metropolitan Burglar and Fire Alarm Association (MBFAA), and the Associated Licensed Detectives of New York State (ALDONYS). He has a degree in Criminal Justice from SUNY Old Westbury.
As co-founder of ICORP, Steven brings over 15 years investigation and surveillance experience to the company. Steven specializes in surveillance investigations including medical malpractice, liability and workers’ compensation investigations. Prior to ICORP, Steven was a Field Investigator for MJM Investigations and was Chief Field Investigator for Accu-Intelligence, Inc. Steven has worked many different types of surveillance assignments including insurance, cheating spouse, child custody and industrial espionage. He is a sought-after subject matter expert who has been featured in Pursuit Magazine, Lifehacker Ask the Expert and other publications. Steven attended Nassau Community College and has a degree in Liberal Arts.
Michael Baum is an experienced sales and marketing professional with diversified industry experience, working with Fortune 100 companies such as General Mills, Tambrands (now a division of Procter & Gamble), and Kraft Foods among others. Michael has extensive experience in strategic planning, business development, sales management and training, advertising and communications. Michael was a founding member of Stone Toro Asset Management, a Princeton, NJ based alternative Investment firm from 2009-2015 where he served as Director of Marketing and Institutional Sales. Additionally, Michael has worked as a financial advisor with UBS Financial Services, Inc. He is a graduate of Union College and received his MBA from the University of Southern California.
Melanie has over 32 years of experience in investigations, SIU/Fraud, adjusting and litigation management for insurance companies, TPAs and legal firms. Prior to ICORP, Melanie served as a Technical Claims Specialist for a regional adjusting firm and SE Regional Investigation and Litigation Manager for a national competitor. With over 28 years of experience as an adjuster and investigator for Liberty Mutual, Melanie brings the client perspective to ICORP, helping to develop value added service sand training. Melanie is Board Certified in Workers’ Comp and Litigation and is a designated Mediation/Trial Specialist by the WCCP-Florida Bar. She has held her all lines adjuster’s license for over 32 years in 11 states. Melanie served on the Board of Directors for a local IASIU chapter and continues her membership with the Florida WC Task Force, NSPII, WCCP/PCCP, Jacksonville and Orlando Claims Associations, and she is a former graduate of NICB & NICTA training academy. Melanie currently manages our Southeast Regional Office in Miami, FL.
Andrew brings over 10 years investigations experience to ICORP with specializations in insurance fraud, due diligence, background investigations, litigations support, witness locate and management services and interview techniques. Andrew manages ICORP’s Special Investigations Unit (SIU), which specializes in insurance and fraud-related investigations, and is also responsible for ICORP’s Mid-Atlantic regional office. In addition to an extensive background in fraud investigations, Andrew’s professional experience includes military intelligence (Israeli Military) and law enforcement (Washington DC police). Andrew earned his BA in Political Science and American History from Union College in Schenectady, NY. Andrew has been featured by the New York Times for his investigative background and is recognized as one of the premier private investigators in the nation.
Angela has been with ICORP since 2016 and is an efficient surveillance case manager handling complex investigations; including but not limited to – workers’ compensation, liability and medical malpractice, from intake to final product. She is responsible for coordinating daily field operations, scheduling, communications and operational efficiency for the surveillance investigators while providing direction and support for surveillance assignments. Prior to this position, Angela has worked for ICORP as a highly experienced investigator working many different types of assignments. Angela brings her knowledge of leadership from her service in the United States Air Force as a Reserves Officers’ Training Corps. She is a graduate of The State University of New York, College at Canton and received her Bachelors of Technology in Criminal Investigation. In her spare time, Angela enjoys hiking, rock climbing and playing the guitar.
